Holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sherbrooke (2007), Simon has built a robust career in challenging environments, including roles at Canadian Royalties in Nunavik and Consolidated Thompson in Bloom Lake.
Currently serving as the Maintenance Director at Canadian Royalties since 2022, Simon oversees mobile, energy, electrical, and utility maintenance, bringing expertise in long-term planning, general foremanship, and operational leadership. He is a senior member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec and a lead auditor for the AMQ maintenance committee.
