Céline Létourneau is trained in political science and public affairs. She has several years of experience as an Indigenous affairs advisor, first at the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux, then at the Secrétariat aux relations avec les Premières Nations et Inuit, then in the mines sector of the ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF). She is an advisor to the Office of the Associate Deputy Minister of Mines.
